Cancellation policy:
It is possible to cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before Check In without any cost. For modifications, the Hotel will take into account current availability.
No Show Policy
The Hotel will charge the first night of accommodation and/or retain the deposit of your reservation of event rooms.
Law 300 of 1996. Article 65. Non-presentation. When the user of the tourist services fails to comply by not showing up or not using the agreed services, the provider may, at its discretion, demand payment of 20% of the entire price or rate established or retain the deposit or advance that it had previously received from the user. , if so agreed.
Tax Exemption Policies
For residents of Colombia, it is mandatory to pay 19% VAT on the price of each night starting January 1, 2023. Foreigners and non-resident Colombians are exempt from VAT if the purpose of their trip is:
- Receive medical treatment.
- If your visit is for rest or recreation as tourists.
- Attend or participate in cultural, scientific, sporting, conventions or business events.
- Tourist groups in maritime transit of a cruise ship.
For this purpose, the passport must be stamped with the PT code (tourist passport) with a validity of 90 days. If there is any modification to the applicable rules, we will inform you immediately.
